Please note:
- Early Bird rates are in effect until Feb 1. We want to be able to create even teams in a timely way and we hope this will encourage everyone to register early.
- All players in the 9U-18U age groups should expect to attend a team balancing evaluation session in late February or early March. This session allows the age group coordinators to create balanced teams for the benefit of all players.
- There will be additional team fees for all high-performance teams (13U AA/13U AAA/15U AA/15U AAA/18U AAA/18U CP). These fees will be determined by the coaching staff of each team and communicated prior to the start of the season.
- Registrations for each age group will close and move to wait lists at the discretion of the league coordinator or the following dates:
5U-7U - April 10
9U-11U - March 15
13U - March 1
15U - March 15
18U - March 15 - Accommodations will be made for team placements at fields closest to home addresses for 5U/7U players where possible. Players in the 5U-18U recreational streams, registered by Feb 1 may request consideration to be placed on a team with 1 friend. This request will be evaluated by the age group coordinator based on team compositions and balancing.
- Tryout dates for high performance teams will be announced prior to the start of the season. These tryouts are open to all players registered with Tri-City Thunder.
- Any player wishing to be considered for a divisional move up must register for their current age group and must be available to attend the scheduled evaluation sessions. Move ups will be at the discretion of the Division Chair and based on the best needs of the player/club & available space within the division.

Refund Policy
Full refunds of registration fees may be requested until March 30th.
Between March 30th and April 20th, partial refunds can be requested minus uniform and processing fees.
No refunds will be issued for requests made after April 20th.
Financial Assistance Policy
TCTMBA never wants to see a child miss their opportunity to play for financial reasons, so we work with foundations that are available to provide financial support to those families who could use assistance with registration fees. These organizations will support children and families in their efforts to play organized sports, and will actually pay the league fees to TCTMBA to allow children the opportunity to play baseball. Please visit the websites below and work with them to apply for funding.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Confirmation of funding from any of these programs must be received by TCTMBA by April 1st, and can be sent to general mailbox the registrar.
